For Novice/Intermediate scenarios where you want to highlight a specific Spanish word's regional pronunciation (e.g. «alérgica» from Mexican, Caribbean, and Iberian speakers), pull from the Wikimedia pronunciation database. Each sample is short, free, and lets students hear genuine regional variation.

Europeana · Postales históricas en español

Historical Spanish-language postcards from European archives. Many contain handwritten Spanish messages, and they make good Novice/Intermediate authentic reading. After mi-primer-dia (introducing yourself in Spanish) show students a real postcard from 1920 doing the same thing in calligraphic cursive.
