Sub plans you can leave on the desk and walk out.
Every Spanish teacher hits the morning when the kid is throwing up at 5:30am and you have not even thought about what period 1 is going to do. These are the plans I actually leave behind. The sub does not need to speak Spanish. The kids do not need a Chromebook. There is a rubric so you can grade it on the train back.

The first one (Dramatización en pareja) is free and on the site. Three more are queued for the next two weeks. Heritage-friendly, no-prep, and graded against a real ACTFL rubric so you are not winging it on Monday.
AP Spanish is the test that pretends to be a course.
IB Spanish B is a different animal from AP.
Most Spanish curriculum was built for the kid whose first encounter with the language is your classroom.
A good single lesson is not a worksheet.
